Application Event log shows: C: Program Files (x86) HP Digital Imaging bin hpqkygrp.exe as a faulting application. I have tried every combination of Compatibility, from Windows 8 down to Winfdows XP compatibility, but nothing works.

I have reinstalled the entire application suite, but scanning does not work. I have tried this on two different Windows 10 laptops, both present the same issue. Printing works fine.
