Problem is, although all works well mechanically, we are having some software issues i don't seem to be able to solve, nor get an agilent technician/support person who is familiar with this archaic program. We are using the HP Chemstation (B.02.05) Instrument 1(Rev A.03.01). Now, we are able to set a method and sequence, BUT what i cannot figure out is how to save my data. Every time we run a sample, it overwrites the last chromatogram on screen and it's (possibly?) lost. I would very much like to be able to save my data from each run, and also go back and load data from prev. Runs, to be able to manipulate and edit it.
