Was there a way around it? I have a 20D as my camera I just got a Windows 7 machine (8 days ago) I installed the DPP that came with the 20D I then go to the Canon web site and download DPP 3.10.2.0 To get pictures out of the camera, open CF card door, remove CF card, insert CF card into machine, download files from CF card, return CF card to camera, format CF card. This procedure is WAY faster than using the USB cable. Since this was my normal procedure, I did not even notice a problem. DPP runs just fine, Photoshop E2 runs just fine I use DPP as my RAW file viewer anyways (instead of the RAW converter for folders.) What did you find missing?
