Best Answer: the zv6000 doesn't have a separate onboard speaker so that rules out a problem with the speakers - you should go to the control panel and click on the sounds icon - make sure that the - show icon on desktop is selected - then double click on the speaker icon on the taskbar - make sure that none of the slide have the mute box checked and that the volume controls are not set all the way down.
